Don't worry, guys, I don't expect it to be ready to go until tomorrow morning sometime. Crock pot on HIGH for a few hours, then LOW overnight. All those pesky vegetables won't be as intimidating by then.

I love Cincinatti Chili, and even Covington Chili. As long as the spaghetti is AL DENTE.
