I made a batch a couple of weeks ago, and got heavy handed on the cinnamon (I normally use a "pinch")...yep, I could tell it was there, and the net result wasn't nearly as good as usual. I also mix in chunks of meat (along with ground), and lots of peppers (jalepeno, habenero, green & red bell) & onions, etc, and OH NO, I use light & dark kidney beans, black beans too

. It might not be "chili", but after 10-12 hours in a crock pot, it's mmmmm good!
