Seems like all one needs is a Rat SC. Stock suspension with old shocks should be best.
Unless you want to go crazy high, just re-index the suspension. Maybe take the front sway bar off so the front bites and the rear slides. Put tires on the 6&7's or sell those and get some 15" steelies. Add a couple of aluminum plates or not.
Take out the back seats, carpets in the foot well, radio, and anything else not needed.
For the motor, just gut the cat, stick a second pipe on the right side of the muffler, and reset the CO. Could do something for the air cleaner and seal the ignition if needed.
