RSR (13 or 15" rear vented flares, 11" front vented fenders) is expensive as wide rims, big tires, big bodywork with lots of time invested to get it right
Iroc RSR is in between with flare costs front/rear, rims, not so huge tires. Go metal flares front and rear if its in the budget.
74 RS / Iroc inspired is next down the ladder , deleting your bumpers and install fiberglass. Choose a tail , or not , Ruf style or Iroc, or more aggressive on the bumpers
Backdate to a long hood style- 73 RSR or RS- pricing depends on level of quality and parts chosen
Backdate to 911 ST inspired- leave flares as is or go with 9" front and rear
Backdate to 911R style- louvered windows, R lamps f/r, no tail, minilites or fuchs

work out your total expected budget and what you/friends will accomplish on parts of it. Then that would help your decision on what path to follow
