I've capped the bow tie vent in order to increase flow through the dash vents.

It appears that the bow tie is fed directly from the AC-only plenum in the area next to the evaporator. Is is it also fed by the heaters? Or, does the heat exit undert the dash by other vents [or at all]? The manual is weak in its description.
