I busted out the Aircraft Paint Remover on the PD. Ghetto paint bubbled off. Underneath is the stock Silver paint and under that is the White Primer. Way too much work. I really love my rims and would hate to put other rims on there. I may stick to the powdercoating idea, but will get other quotes.
