I am VERY pleased with Apple today!
Hi Guys,
I was having a lot of problems with my 2.2 Ghz Macbook Pro. I have had to send it away for repairs to the Superdrive twice and various other things (Bad RAM, Display issues, Motherboard problems). So, today I went to the Apple Store and I explained the issues with my computer (Swelled Battery, Superdrive problem and Motherboard issues). The guy said he would be right back, and he comes back with a brand new sealed-in-the-box Macbook Pro! He gave me the option of buying a 3 year warranty with it and he also gave me a free Mini-DVI to VGA adapter for my monitor. Now call that customer service!
