Thanks for all the replies, folks. I especially appreciated Goran's pics- those headers look familiar! I have less than a year a a few thousand miles on mine. I'll test GHL's "lifetime warranty" this week. Hoping they'll just send me some new headers in exchange for mine instead of making me send mine in for repair, rendering my car useless for the duration of the repair/shipping turnaround.
