Damn, the relays I have in there are VW parts, not porsche ... so my next question is ... is it a simple relay, i.e. a 4 pin relay??? It looks like it should have 6 pins according to the circuit in the Haynes manual, but it's been working fine with the one in there ... just wanted to know if that's how it is on other 84 944s ...
According to L.Coppari, it sounds like my problem is my AC clutch ... any good way to test that? I'm currently unable to turn the AC on without blowing fuse 6, so I can't use my ammeter either, since that tops off at 20 amps, and the fuse blowing up is a 25amp rating ... so I need another way to test the AC clutch ... help please ...
