I think Fox News should run with this, and here is how I would build the story:
Kennesaw is 80% white and gun ownership is "mandatory" (we all know not enforced). Very low crime.
Chicago for example is only 30% white, and handguns are outlawed. (high crime)
It sounds to me like this is a clear case of discrimination. Gun laws are clearly aimed at attacking the 2nd amendment rights of non-whites!
I actually kind of like that angle... maybe a good way to shift perception away from the Repubs as being the racists...
