Eh, if I sat down with the team of engineers that developed the Pinto, I'm sure there would be some respect held for them since they did something I'm not qualified nor could have attempted to do. (well, now looking back...).
My criticism not only stems from it's dated, embarrassing appearance, but from it's fit and finish and lack of reliability. I in fact have much more respect for the guy that built his Countach from scratch in his basement. I appreciate aesthetically-challenged cars that are an engineering tour de force (see GT-R), and I appreciate dead sexy cars that could have used a little more development in them (3rd Gen RX-7).

The Vector, in my opinion, fails to fit in either categorization and simply serves, or should I say served as just another 80's status symbol, albeit an overpriced one, that should be left in the corner of the attic with Sonny Crockett's white Armani and Thomas Magnum's daisy dukes.
