+1, unless you can figure out a way to repair cars over the phone you have to focus on what can make you money.
I was at a tire store today and the guy proceeded to answer the phone 3 times and work through quotes on snow tires. Me, the customer waiting infront of him with my debit card in hand had to wait. I wasnt too pleased at the 20 minute wait and was a paying customer. If I hadnt already put a deposit on the tires I would have walked and taken my business elsewhere.
