Lime Rock Park has a Skip Barber School and Pocono has Bertel Roos (sp?).
I have never done either one, but have heard good things (maybe expensive though).
There is also an indoor Go-Kart facility in Mt. Kisco that I have been wanting to check out, maybe you can have a B-day party there...?
