Research help: Best newspaper archive service?
I'm writing a biography for publication and profit. I found a newspaper archive service on the Internet called NewspaperArchive.com. They have 1000s of articles on my topic, but they are missing some key newspapers, such as the NY Times and all San Francisco papers. Is there a better Internet archive service that anyone can recommend? Thanks.
Also, what about copyright? Can I quote from these articles, or do I need official permission?
