You really have no reasonable choice but to turn it in. You'll get hit for the excess miles and maybe for the dings and a termination fee. Hopefully the price offered to the dealer will reflect the miles and dings you get hit for and it'll be a wash if you buy it back. They probably can't quote you a price on it until they get their cost from TMCC. You'd have to pay the tax on any price you would have renegotiated with them anyway, but I think you know that. The good thing about buying that truck is you know its history.
