18 days after losing Big Henry, Buddy was diagnosed with a bleeding rectal polyp. We noticed blood on his butt a few days after losing his brother and of course the we fear the worst. Elevated calcium levels in his blood indicate a possible cancer. So today he goes into Akron for an endoscopic exam and hopefully they can snare the polyp and we can move on. I don't have much hope that it will work, but we are so devistated after losing Henry we will do anything possible to help Buddy. Keep us in your thoughts today and hope for us the trip home isn't a trail of tears.
