I use Verizon. We pay about $250/month for 4 phones, lots of minutes, my Blackberry and data plan, unlimited (?) text/pics for the 4, etc. It sounds like a lot but AT&T was more for a comparable plan. Sprint may, or may not, be less for a like plan, but the coverage sucks and hardly works at all in a lot of Canada where I do a lot of business. It doesn't even work in my home area - as in my house.
Aside from all that, Verizon sets the standard for me in customer service. I'm always impressed at how quickly a real person answers my calls. When they do answer, the have answers - usually the ones I want to hear. Always polite and always willing to cut me a break, even when I don't deserve one. so, thank YOU Red Baron for doing your job so well!
Based on the above, I have actually "turned" about 6 friends and family from Sprint and T-Mobile for Verizon. It saves us because "in-calling" is free. So far, everyone I know is very happy with Verizon.
