We repo in either a Saab 900S Turbo, a Cadillac Catera(actually a rebadged German Opel Omega) or a Porsche 928S. It depends on mood/weather/time of year.
We never have keys, i just knock on the door and work my magic. Because i know how to talk to people i
almost never have 'those tense situations'.
On the very rare occasion that someone doesn't surrender their keys, i have a wheel lift towtruck on 24/7 call who will come pick the vehicle up for me anywhere in the Phila metro area with 60 minutes from my call.
