So many bad sounds it's hard to tell what is what. Whining sound is most likely a belt (timing, balance, alt, or PS) or a roller for the timing or balance belts. Clicking could be a lifter, especially if it seems to be coming from the top of the engine (I couldn't tell from the video). If so, I'd try a can of Sea Foam in the crankcase, read and follow the directions. I've found SeaFoam useful fro cleaning out clogged/stuck/dirty lifters.
Also, the idle seems to hunt up and down quite a bit. You might want to check out your J-Boot. It seems to be torn in the video but it might just be the video quality.
