Just remember, that if you want to say a genius is someone who scores high on an IQ test, it's entirely possible that artists and political satirists could be geniuses. Geniuses don't necessarily have to direct their intellect towards math and/or science.
I suspect that if everyone were tested, we would find genius in some very unlikely places.

Spell check wouldn't have helped. "Constituents" is spell correctly. It's just used incorrectly.
