Aren't a lot of realtor "sales classes" really about teaching them how to get people to buy homes they really don't want?
Seems like they role play emotional appeals or psuedo-logic arguments in these classes...
"Wouldn't you love to come home from work to this?"
"They aren't making any more land, better buy now before you are priced out of the market."
Who puts on these classes? The NAR?
