I like to get a big hunk of pork and smoke it on the grill for 7-10 hours. I put it in the fridge overnight. The next day I put it in the crockpot with a beer and a shot of whiskey. When the meat is falling apart, I drain it, shred it with two forks and throw it back in the crock pot with some BBQ sauce (usually Famous Dave's Texas Pit). A half-hour later I have some fabulous BBQ pulled pork.
