i just made a green mexican stew a few weeks back. made some enchaladas out of it, frooze some, and will enjoy it again later this week maybe.

the flat out BEST cooking appliance ive ever had is one of those electric chicken spinner deals. ive had mine for about 6 years and bet ive cooked 200 birds on it. i would eat some of the bird on night one and from there make chinese chicken salad, burritos, sandos, or just rip a chunk off while standing in front of the fridge after a few many beers.
