I just got home from work a little while ago and there was a message from the vet about my dog Snap. (see previous thread "My dog has cancer")

The news is that the biopsy came back good. It was indeed cancerous but they got good margins on the tumor surgery. Both tumors were mast cell tumors. They grade them on a 1 to 3 basis. 1 is really the best one could hope for. 2 is operable with the suggestion of radiation after surgery. 3 is really bad news. I guess that means they got it all. The larger of the two tumors was a high 1/ low 2. The smaller one was benign and a grade 1. So it looks like my girl is cancer free.
She goes in tomorrow to get the drain tubes removed.
I am so happy right now.
