This car is clearly a product of the crazy time when it was built. Not that it was necessarily subtle then, but we're talking about the era of Miami Vice and Def Leppard so it kinda fits the image. As for the steering wheel, I'm not really certain. My best guess is that the original wheel may have been light grey like the seat inserts and got grubby over the years (as they tend to do) so it was replaced.
I also agree that the car was underpriced, regardless of the color combo. Pink is not as easy to sell as silver or black, but I think anybody would agree that a genuine factory 930 "505" Slantnose Coupe with good miles and a clean history is worth well over the $30k's.
