Extensive testing shows that they are pretty good. Locomotives hitting them at 80 mph and stuff like that and they are fine.

Do you understand the cask loading process? For commercial nuclear power, the casks are loaded under water. That risk is low. In our situation, the waste is loaded in a liner that is then lowered into a cask. We've done quite a bit of testing of the operation.
