Ok, we know some leaders of countries around the world are somewhat bent. North Korea's Kim comes to mind, Libya's Gaddafi has always been good for a chuckle or two (you gotta love his Amazon guards), and what's his name from Iran (of course, a lot of his verbal spillage is probably political posturing) . . . the list goes on.
But Mugabe in Zimbabwe has to be the current top of the pile.

His people are dying because he & his buddies have raped the land. Unfortunately, a common occurence in Africa.
