A great day indeed.
My son is 5 today. We had his birthday party yesterday. He invited his"best friend" from school and he was so excited that he came. They played like boys do, running around and playing witih the race cars and dinosaurs and sharks and moon sand.
After everyone left we loaded into the wagon, got shakes at Mickey D's and drove around to look at Christmas lights.
Jacob was almost the perfect kid all day long. He even remembered to close the bathroom door when he went potty. When I tucked him into bed last night, I told him how proud I was that he was such a good boy, he said "I love you too, Dad".
