Construct a ground blind -- why in "survive a few days" you won't be doing it
Setup a tree stand -- ditto
Hunt different species of game with relative success -- probably yes
Saddle/Ride a horse (western) -- saddle, dunno, ride, certainly no expert
Fish -- probably a good thing, but boring as hell
Drink whisky (in large quantities) -- don't agree with this one
Shoot a firearm -- sure
Shoot a bow and arrow -- sure
Start a campfire (without man-made fuels, no gas, kerosene, etc) -- good one
Survive a few days in the outdoors. -- another good one.

Several of these should go hand in hand with the last one, but some are just about hunting more than surviving, I think.
