993 wing electrical power

After quite a bit of work I have managed to get a 993 decklid w/ electric tail on my 73.5 I also plan to keep the original lid, and go for a ducktail also. Whatever mood I'm in I guess.

My question;
I would like to get the wing to "motor" as it should. All hardware is there. I will run a toggle in the front dash area. I just don't know which is the power wire and ground. Seems like it would be simple enough to run power to a 12V lead in the engine bay, then run a switch to the cabin and a ground. But, with the 993 DME hookup there are a bunch of wires and I don't know where to start. anyone have ideas??
