My MIL and FIL hate tacky Christmas decorations...
Last Christmas, we put an 8 foot inflatable snow man on my in-laws yard without being noticed. They had no idea it was us...until Christmas morning when one of their gifts was and empty 8 foot inflatable snow man box.
They gave the snow man to my wife's aunt and uncle, who while visiting another aunt and uncle of her's, gave the snow man to a neighbor to erect on their lawn when they aren't home.
