part 2:
7. All items that were removed for rehab and also for my referrence when I reinstall the HSS to the Clutch Release Lever.
8. Waynes Method, Fast and Easy
9. No Vise? Use a C Clamp and 5 3/4" Washers (use puddy to keep the washers together). I did not want to use a hammer
10. Keep a note of all items and the order of assembly. Here is where I discovered the small circlip was not even attached to the pin underneath the end cover cap on the Clutch Release Lever. Either the Wrench didn't do it or the pin could not hold it anymore because a portion of the pin where the circlip fits has broken off. I tried to remove it and re-attach but "DOH" I used too much pressure and snapped the little bugger.
It wasn't attached in the first place so I just cleaned the pin and bearings. Re-lubed with Lithitum Grease. Per the Bentley/Haynes Diagram, I also noticed a center washer and seal were missing on the HSS pin assembly. Again, can't understand why the wrench would not have noticed this too. No big deal, I placed a 3/4" washer and packed with Lithium Grease to help resist debris.
11. Installation, follow Wayne's Instructions.
Here are my observations, I greased the shaft and pin on the tranny and installed the seals and lever with HSS with ease. I installed the Positioning Lever with the end touching the adjustment bolt. As soon as I put the little spring back the 1.0-1.2 MM gap appeared to be there.
With the Clutch Release Lever in the Foward (Depressed) position, I re-attached the Clutch Cable and positioned the cable's adjustment nuts on to the tranny housing bracket.
Using the BFS, I placed the BFS in between the tranny and the Clutch Release Lever and pryed the lever towards the rear and with out too much resistance it snapped into place just like Wayne and others stated. It was really no big deal. This was the part I was really concerned about.
I replaced the large circlip and Voila, DONE!
As you can see it appears everything went back to original settings without adjustments needed. I checked with a Baseball Bat and I got a difference of 20MM. But I think this method is not going to work so I need to wait for a helper to verify.
I took her for a test drive and Holy Smokes Batman!

The Clutch was light as a Feather and shifted very smoothly. I did not expect this. BONUS!
I realized now that the HSS was weakening, because it was a bit harder to depress but I thought it was just the 915 "Cable Clutch" character. But now it feels better than the G50 Clutch, IMO, So Smooth and Super Light. I said to mysefl, "Self, so this is how it supposed to feel like"
Again, Thanks Wayne and all Pelicans, You Guys are the Bomb!!!
