John, You sure your wife isn't named Cindy? I guess since we sharpen them, they figure is no big deal to use knives as they see fit.
Randy...for $10 per inch of blade, as mentioned earlier? Bring 'em on up...  Or better yet, I could teach you. Really, sharpening a knife isn't all that hard...
