Doyle,
Have you noticed that the displayed temp is about 5* higher than ambient...mine is. I'm not sure there is any adjustment that one can make. At first I thought the higher reading might be due to an increase in the system resistance but looking at your chart it appears that higher resistance equals lower temp reading.
