This is the part I thought was a bit unprofessional. He's basically a smart@ss wrapped in a Jesus suit. He should have just said, "OK, we don't and we won't. Thanks for your business."
But that said, I don't think I'd cancel my order....not that big a deal if I thought I was getting a good deal on tires. After all, I just want the tires, not a relationship with some guy in the warehouse. Much ado about nothing.
