I have a HP5180 which has a network card that is plugged into my router. It works great wirelessly and I have never had an issue. I also have a HP laser that I use for printing stuff I actually care about.
As stomachmonkey said the ink cartridges are rediculous and I find the laser provides much much higher quality print outs.
