You see if Bill was with a person who liked Blueberrys he would prefer blueberys, if strawberrys then he would prefer strawberrys and if Pomegranates then pomegrantes...however if he found through a poll that people overwhelmingily like Pomegranates then it would be pomegranates that he liked best of all.
where is the definability. Does he ever take a stand and stay yes blueberrys are wonderfull I agree but I like strawberrys best of all. At the risk of being booed by the crowd because he didn't even mention pomegranates. There is the tragic flaw in the man.
And leadership requires that you have the courage to lead to the premise that strawberrys are best of all at the risk of being booed. True leadership is not a popularity contest, but saying and doing what you think is the best course of action, and being able to explain it. Ole Daniel Boone was a leader, he led men to where no white men had traversed before. He blazed a trail and people followed even though they thought that going beyond known civilization was to fall off the edge of the flat earth.
