When I first moved back to Houston almost 20 years ago, I didn't have any drinking buddies. I did have some "partying" friends from high school so I hung out with them. I'd hang out at their place til about 2am drinking Cokes, smoking that wacky weed, and playing video games. I couldn't believe the number of drunk drivers I encountered on the way home every weekend.
