Right, idler near tensioner doesn't spin much.
Probably best to take some pictures of yours.
My first install, tracking was off on the passenger side. Adrenaline was pumping and I had installed the passenger side gear backwards. In my case, tracking was right, but gear was in the wrong place. Flipped the gear and solved it.
I think I'm still running the 84 without covers, I can shoot them to compare later if needed.
They don't need to be right in the middle.
