Yup. I'd say college football is well represented in all regions, except maybe in the extreme upper northwest (north of Oregon)

Maybe the old days of a few conferences dominating are long gone. Maybe we are seeing a new phase where all conferences have a shot at putting up a winner and have to be respected as such.
What would that mean? The BCS ranking system is obsolete.
It doesn't work.
Teams are getting over-ranked because of their reputation or conference, and other teams are getting under-ranked (like Utah) for the same reason.
