I went with the Remus headers and kept the stock cans per my dealers recommendation. A bit more noise but a clean and easy installation. But that's not what you asked.....so fwiw, I helped a friend install his full Laser system. First, the Laser headers are multiple pieces held together with joints and springs which I think are unsightly. The Remus headers are a much cleaner installation. They (Laser) also didn't fit into the belly pan he ordered so he's still thinking on that one. The rest of the install is easy unless you have BMW bag mounts. With more effort than I care to remember, we did get the Laser cans to fit....just be reminded that it will be difficult and you can do it. Sound is good....no complaints. Laser has a rep for solid quality so it's unlikely you'll burn the system out like I did a Two Brothers racing cat replacement pipe on an R1100S. And last but not least, don't expect to save any weight. The Laser double cans are as heavy as the stock can, but they look cool.
