I have owned 2 Ford cars, including a 1998 Tarus, and I thought they were fantastic cars. I put 122,000 miles on my Ranger, and the only thing that went wrong was a broken clutch slave. It cost me $160 to have fixed. Not bad for 8 hard years of ownership in the midwest, sitting outside during the winters.
Why do you keep comparing Fords to Porsches? They are so obviously in different leagues.
