The parking sensors in the rear bumper are most assuredly not circa 1993. it looks VERY MUCH to me like a standard issue bodyshop custom with a good ol' fashioned used car dealer story of it being a 'rare' "factory package"... the GT3RS badge appears quite bogus, particularly in the red material. I am also not aware of Porsche using the GT3 or GT3RS designation that far back on any car, much less a 928.
