American rocker Iggy Pop a.k.a James Newell Osterberg, Jr. has revealed the secret behind his great physique Tai Chi and a beautiful girlfriend.

Despite, early years of drug abuse and injuring himself during shows, the lead singer of The Stooges still manages to look fit and lean.

The veteran rocker, 61, practices this form of Chinese martial arts regularly.

He has revealed that he discovered the art in his forties.

Most of it’’s due to a benefactor in New York City , a tai chi master named Don Ahn. About 20 years ago I saw footage of people doing that stuff in the park, Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

“I also have a slamming girlfriend,” he added. (ANI)
