U6 unemployment passed 13.5% after huge losses this past quarter. This is the unemployment number used before the 90s when the headline was changed to reflect U3. So, yes, I would agree the 7.2% number does not reflect reality. Throw in the huge growth in "forced to get a part-time jobbers," and this is worse than anyone expected.
