Of course while you are in there, may as well change all the control arms as many of the non-replaceable ball joint type ends on them will take a shiit eventually also. Same goes for the CV boots as the whole effing suspension has to be pulled away to get at those also.

Ditto! My last Audi did not have a warranty and I did all the work myself. And that's why the car is under warranty. Once the warranty is up, I'll probably move onto another one. These late model Audi's are just too expensive to repair without warranty.
