- you can re-season cast iron if it gets messed up in a dishwasher

- a fair amount of data indicates that Teflon can cause problems for humans. Teflon will kill a bird that is kept in the house!

- thanks but it could be a while before anybody goes to Paris. Friends got divorced, lost $$ in the debacle, etc. Exchange rate is not too great now either.

I'll keep looking around on eBay and locally. Problem is I can't tell how thick the copper ones on eBay are.
