BMW Shop recommendation - East Bay CA?
Hi - my son needs a PPI on a BMW he'd like to buy. Anyone have a recommendation for a good independent shop in the East Bay, near Concord?
Also, does anyone have access to a dealer than can get a service history from a VIN?
