It's just my opinion (and I'll admit that I'm just a cranky old white guy) but I think any person sporting ANY gang tatoo or throwing a gang sign or tagging with a gang symbol or any gang activity or affiliation of any sort should be shot on the spot without hesitation.
the terms "tagging" and "graffiti" need to be changed to VISUAL TERRORISM !
