here's an email from a friend of mine in Germany( I wish he had seen this thread before he got involved with this dirtbag)
He bought a 912 done as an S clone on Ebay
represented as rebuilt and turnkey.

according to his Ebay ad
however our Mr. Krieger
convinced him he needed $3800 additional work for it to be A-1
now wants even more$$
Any ideas how to retrieve this car will be greatly appreciated.
are there any legal strategies with a situation as my German friend is in?
there seems to be enough wrongdoing by this tool to justify shutting him down.
